2. Data processed
The medaris.fr marketing site does not collect personal data automatically. The only data we process is what you voluntarily send us through:
- The contact form on /contact.html (name, organisation, email, message);
- Direct emails to the address listed on this site (contact@medaris.fr);
- Server access logs kept by the host for 1 year for security purposes (IP address, timestamp, user-agent).

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. The only recipients are:
- The Medaris team in charge of replying to you;
- Our hosting provider (o2switch - France) under a contract that forbids any further use of the data;
- Public authorities (judicial, tax, etc.) on legitimate request.
No transfer outside France.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, deletion, objection, portability and restriction of processing of your data.
To exercise these rights: contact@medaris.fr. We reply within 30 days.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (France's data protection authority).
